Continuous treatment: 

Discussing the cost and plan which is frequency, how often you need the treatment depending on the problem you have. If you would like to have intensive treatment several times in a week in the event of injury or long COVID or financial difficulty, whatever the reason is, you can discuss the time and the cost with Spring.

For Your Session:

• Please attend with light comfortable clothing (not chunky jumper or jeans if it’s possible).
• You need to take off your big jewelleries and watches in the session.
• No heavy alcohol or no drugs consumption is recommended on the day before & after the session.
• Please do not drive or operate any risky machinery soon after the session. Some people feel spaced out after the session but you feel normal again in a few minutes. I recommend staying in waiting area at least 15 min for resting after the session.
• My hands touch you directly to give the Reiki and you feel relaxed and warm most of time in the session. If you feel uncomfortable about touch, please let me know before the session. I can use hands off treatment as well if you like.

By the way, I am not a religious person especially. Any thoughts, religions and genders are welcome if you would like to having treatment or learn Reiki.

Courses

In Spring’s Reiki course, everybody can learn how to use Reiki properly. Some people asked to take the course after they learnt western Reiki and I strongly recommend taking from level 1 course with me. The reason I say this is that western Reiki doesn't contain what I teach and the information to take my level 2 course isn't enough. You should learn properly to treat people with using medical thought.
