Continuous treatment: 

We can discuss the cost and plan, which involves determining the frequency and duration of treatment based on your specific needs. If you require intensive treatment several times a week or even a month due to an injury, long COVID, financial difficulty, or any other reason, we will discuss the schedule and cost.

For Your Session:

• Please wear light, comfortable clothing (avoiding chunky jumpers or jeans if possible). Remove any large jewelry and watches before the session begins. It's advisable to refrain from heavy alcohol or drug consumption on the day before and after the session.
• After the session, it's recommended not to drive or operate any risky machinery immediately, as some people may feel spaced out afterward. However, this feeling usually passes within a few minutes. I suggest resting for at least 15 minutes after the session.
• During the session, my hands will directly touch you to administer the Reiki, typically inducing feelings of relaxation and warmth. If you're uncomfortable with touch, please inform me before the session begins; I can provide a hands-off treatment if you prefer.

By the way, I am not particularly religious. People of any beliefs, religions, and genders are welcome to receive treatment or learn Reiki.

Courses

In Spring’s Reiki course, everybody can learn how to use Reiki properly. Sometimes people have asked to take the next level courses after learning Western Reiki, and I strongly recommend starting from the Level 1 course with me. If you have knowledge of Japanese original Reiki, you can take the course to prepare for it as a 'recap level 1'. The reason I say this is that Western Reiki doesn't include what I teach due to its spread across different cultures, and the information provided may not be sufficient for taking my next level. It's important to learn properly, especially to treat people with a medical approach. Also, if you take my course, you can use Reiki straight away soon after graduating from the levels, and you can start teaching the next day.

My course is one-on-one. I only accept a maximum of two pupils if you know each other well. If you would like to learn from a higher level, I can provide a recap of the lower level at a reasonable cost but you need to provide a certificate from another teacher.

Level 1 Recap

I realised that many people who took another teacher's level 1 course would like to join my Level 2 course. Unfortunately, each teacher has a different lineage, and the content of Level 1 varies significantly. Since Level 2 builds on the foundation of Level 1, I need to cover some important material for students who wish to enrol in Level 2 with me. Expand your knowledge of the history of Reiki, including its real lineage and the background of its origin.

Learn about the original Reiki method based on the book "Tomita's Style Hand Healing," the only book that survived WWII, written by Kaiji Tomita, who learned Reiki directly from Usui.
